For Domestic and International Orders

Every item is made to order-designed and created just for you. Here's exactly what to expect, from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Processing & Delivery Time

Domestic Customers

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
  • Delivery time: 4–8 days after processing

International Customers

  • Fulfilled via Printify and shipped through standard international carriers
  • Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply on delivery and are the customer's responsibility
  • Evara Spark is not responsible for customs-related delays
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Order Changes & Cancellations:

Applies to all Domestic and International Customers

  • You have 1 hour after checkout to cancel or make changes (size, color, shipping address, etc.)
  • After 1 hour, your order is sent to our warehouse for production and can no longer be changed or cancelled
  • Need a change? Contact us immediately via e-mail, so we can catch it in time


How Your Order Is Made: 

Applies to all customers Domestic and International

  • Order Placed - your order is confirmed and enters our system
  • Processing (within the 1-hour window)-our team reviews the order details
  • Sent to Production-released to our warehouse, where each item is individually designed and made
  • Quality Check & Shipment- once production is complete; your order is packed and shipped

Delays During High-Volume Periods:

During busy periods, holidays, sales events, or new collection launches, order volumes rise, and processing may push toward the later end of our stated timeline. If a delay is expected to extend beyond this window, we'll do our best to notify you directly.

Order Tracking :

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
