Shipping

Q: When will my order ship?

  •  Evara Signature Collection orders ship within 2–5 business days.
  • Curated Women’s Collection ships within 5–10 business days, depending on location.

Q: Can I make changes or cancel my order?
A: For Signature Collection items, you have a 1-hour window after checkout to make changes or cancel. After that, orders go into production and cannot be modified.

For Curated Women’s Collection items cannot be changed after checkout.

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days for both collections.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. International shipping is coming soon!

Q: What if my item is damaged or defective?
A: Contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo.

  • For Signature Collection items, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
  •  For Curated Women’s Collection items, we will review the issue and provide guidance.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return my order?

  • Signature Collection: Returns are not supported for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind after the 1-hour window. Sale items, personalized items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Curated Women’s Collection: Returns are accepted within 5–7 days. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.

Q: Can I exchange my item for a different size or style?
A: Exchanges are not offered for either collection. If you want a different size or style, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Contact us before returning at evaraspark.contactus@gmail.com

 We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without approval cannot be accepted.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
