Our return policy for Women’s Dresses, Tops, Ponchos, Jumpsuits, Cozy Wear is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process:
Return Window (5-7 days)
We will accept returns of
- Unworn clothing items with original tags and
- Clear garment packaging with SKU label.

We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 5-7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

Our products are shipped from multiple locations. Therefore, please contact us before proceeding with any returns to ensure proper processing.
Return Authorization

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused.

Tags: All the original tags must be attached and must be in its original packaging.

Receipt: You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Once you place and checkout your complete order, you will have 1-hour window to cancel or make changes to your order before it goes to our production team for further processing.
Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors
In the event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 5 days of product delivery.
Please note that all our products are uniquely crafted and produced only once an order is placed. As a result, returns and exchanges are not supported in cases where:

The wrong size was ordered.

The incorrect color was selected.

You have simply changed your mind after our given window time.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item with picture proof of it. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Special orders or personalized items made upon request

Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return.
