At Evara Spark, every item is made to order, designed and created just for you. Because of that, our shipping process looks a little different from big-box retailers, and we want you to know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Order Processing & Shipping time takes:  2–5 business days

Delivered at your door within: 4-8 days.

Order Changes & Cancellations : 

Once you place your order, you have a 1-hour window to cancel or make changes (size, color, shipping address, etc.). We build in this buffer because your order moves quickly after the 1-hour mark, it's automatically sent to our processing team and released to the warehouse for production, and we're no longer able to modify or cancel it.

Need to make a change? Contact us immediately after placing your order so we can catch it before the window closes.

How Your Order Is Made

Every EvaraSpark piece goes through a short but careful production journey:

  • Order Placed - Your order is confirmed and enters our system.
  • Processing (within the 1-hour window) - Our team reviews the order details.
  • Sent to Production - Your order is released to our warehouse, where each item is individually designed and created to its final, finished form.
  • Quality Check & Shipment - Once production is complete; your order is packed and shipped.

Delays During High-Volume Periods

During busier periods -holidays, sales events, or new collection launches- order volumes rise significantly, and production can occasionally push processing toward the later end of our 2–5 business day window. If a delay is expected to extend beyond this window, we'll do our best to notify you directly.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
