Return and Refund Policy
At Evara Spark, every product is uniquely crafted and produced only after your order is placed. This made-to-order approach lets us create fresh, exclusive designs but it also means our return process works a little differently than a typical retailer. Here's everything you need to know.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once you place and check out your complete order, you have a 1-hour window to cancel or make changes before it's sent to our production team for further processing. After this window closes, your order is already in motion and can no longer be modified or cancelled.
We recommend checking your products right away when they are delivered.
Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we've got you covered. Contact us within 5 days of delivery, share a product image as a proof, of damaged or any manufacturing error and we'll provide a free reprint or a full refund- your choice.
What We Can't Return or Exchange
Because every item is made specifically for your order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- The wrong size was ordered.
- The incorrect color was selected.
- You've simply changed your mind after the 1-hour order window has passed.
We encourage you to double-check your size, color, and order details before completing your purchase. A quick review at checkout saves everyone the hassle later.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, contact us right away with photo proof of the issue. This helps us evaluate what happened and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
- A few categories are never eligible for return, regardless of circumstance:
- Special orders or personalized items made upon request
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you actually want is to have your original return accepted first, then place a new, separate order for the correct item. This keeps things moving quickly instead of waiting on a swap to process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved:
- You'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to fully post the refund on their end.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven't seen the refund, reach out to us and we'll look into it.
